Poloniex, how they handle support tickets and why they just made a big mistake.
Almost a year ago I made a SIA coin withdrawal to a client of mine and the SIA never arrived. I made a ticket after waiting so much time and the ticket is still not resolved. I repeat it's been 11 months since the issue first hand and they couldn't manage to solve it.

Now they made a new update and lied to their users about something they clarified in the past.
All you can see on their twitter comments right now is hate and angry people with funds stuck.
I'm going to consult with a legal team tomorrow and see what we can do about this.Please let me know what you think about #Poloniex #Team.
