Withdrawals between European banks in other countries to be charged 4euros!
Someone during diner spoke about this new law to start in January which would implie customers withdrawing from a bank in another country to be added some withdrawal surcharge of up to 4euros per withdrawals. Couldn't find anything appart from brexit related articles. If this is true this is huge. It would appear that it is being put in place to force electronic payments and minimize black market cash transactions.
